This suite is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a full size kitchen refrigerator, stove and microwave, a living/dining area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV, Internet, and an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. If you want to be fully functional cooking all your own meals while you're here and have Belizean style luxury, then this is the suite for you. 
$750 US per month with 6 month lease in advance plus $750 security deposit.   

The Jaguarundi Suite

This suite is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a kitchenette with an apartment size refrigerator, two burner cooker and microwave, a living/dining area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV, Internet, and a 12,000 BTU air conditioner. If you want to cook a few meals while you're here and have Belizean style luxury, then this is the suite for you.      
$650 US per month with 6 month lease in advance plus $650 deposit.

The Gibnut Suite

This suite is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a refrigerator and  microwave, separate sitting area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV, Internet, and a 5,000 BTU air conditioner. If you don't especially want to cook while you're here but want to become "Belizeanized", then this is the suite for you.
$550 US per month with 6 month lease in advance plus $550 deposit.

We provide free one time transfers to and from the air strip in Placencia.
Rental vehicles are available through us for affordable prices.
