 The Coatimundi Suite

This villa is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, two burner cooker and microwave, a living/dining area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV, and an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. It is considered to be as comfortable as Jaguarundi but it is larger. If you want to cook a few meals while you're here and have some Belizean style luxury, then this is the villa for you. High season $130US per night Low season $100 per night                                                     

The Jaguarundi Suite

This villa is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, two burner cooker and microwave, a living/dining area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV, and a 12,000 BTU air conditioner. It is considered to be more comfortable than Gibnut because of its air conditioning and other Belizean style luxury. If you want to cook a few meals while you're here and have some Belizean style luxury, then this is the villa for you.

The Gibnut Suite

This suite is a ground level one bedroom concrete suite with a queen size bed. It has a small refrigerator and  microwave, separate sitting area, one bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV and a standing fan. If you don't especially want to cook but want to become "Belizeanized", then this is the villa for you. While semi-luxurious this unit represents more of the "true" Belizean experience.
  High season $110US per night Low season $80 per night

Note: High Season runs from Nov. 1 to May 31. Low season is from June 1 to Oct. 31. In addition to our rates there is a 9% hotel tax in Belize. The minimum stay is 3 nights. A one night non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance to be paid upon arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and cash. We provide free one time transfers to and from the airport in Placencia.
